We currently have a vacancy for the position of Customer Services Officer at Linking Up (member of Children’s Links Group).

Hourly Rate: £ 7.50 (internal only)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 8 hour contract (flexibility maybe required)

Location: Horncastle office

The main purpose of the role is to provide efficient customer service, (both current and potential) and administer the Linking Up products as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of customer service, or equivalent transferable skills and good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information through a variety of mediums including,
marketing resources, web and social media

  • Working with parents and outside agencies to ensure children are able to reach their potential
