We are looking for a Project Officer who can help promote our on-line training for settings and childminders in Hampshire and work with providers to establish self-sustaining leadership and network systems.

The contract is to develop a variety of on-line training for settings and childminders in Hampshire to help them deliver quality childcare. Courses will cover a range of subjects that help providers meet EYFS welfare standards, develop their businesses and support partnership working.

It also requires working with providers to establish self-sustaining leadership and network systems.

The Project Officer will:

  • Promote on-line training delivery
  • Liaise with council re our on- line training delivery
  • Ensure effective administration of on-line learning
  • Support delivery of provider engagement events
  • Set up local networks and problem solving forums
  • Provide 1-1 support for potential network leads
  • Organise coaching and mentoring training for network leads
  • Ensure Provider briefings available via webinar
  • Support social media distribution of relevant messages
  • Contribute to monthly monitoring reports
